Water testing
Free water testing in Coeur d'Alene
Stop by with a sample from your hot tub, swim spa, or backyard pool—we run the test in-store, explain what the numbers mean, and walk you through what to buy (or skip) next.
What to bring
A clean cup or bottle of water straight from the body of water—not the skimmer. Tell us whether it is a spa, swim spa, or pool and if anything changed recently (heavy use, rain, new fill).
What you leave with
Clear next steps: balancing chemicals, filter advice, or when it is worth calling for in-house spa repair. No lecture, no pressure to buy a cart full of bottles you do not need.
- Free for spa, swim spa, and pool samples during showroom hours
- Tuned for Rathdrum Prairie aquifer hardness and North Idaho seasons
- Same team that handles in-house hot tub repair—not a distant call center
In-house spa repair
Heaters, pumps, leaks, and controls on hot tubs and swim spas—handled by our own technician with parts on the truck. We do not perform onsite swimming pool repair or pool maintenance visits.
Seasonal spa care
North Idaho freezes are hard on plumbing and heaters. We help you winterize, restart, and season-check hot tubs and swim spas—plus stock the chemicals and covers that match our local water.
Pool care coaching
We can educate you on balancing and maintaining your pool—free in-store water tests, step-by-step guidance, and the right chemicals and equipment. We do not perform onsite pool repairs or scheduled pool maintenance visits.
Built for North Idaho water
Hard water is a silent
heater killer.
Coeur d'Alene draws from the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer—great-tasting water, but calcium hits 240 ppm in some CDA wells. Left alone, scale eats heaters, jets, and shells.
Our spa maintenance plans use scale preventatives tuned to the Rathdrum mineral profile. For pools, we educate you on balancing and maintaining your water in-store—plus a free water test any time you want a second opinion.
