Spa Pool Billiards Outlet sells Artesian and Cal spas, chemicals and accessories, billiards and game-room products, and provides local service such as water testing, in-house spa repair, and delivery coordination from our showroom at 6125 N. Sunshine St., Suite E, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815. Specific prices, models, delivery dates, and service work are confirmed in a quote, invoice, or written agreement when you buy or book service.

Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that information you provide is accurate. If you contact us on behalf of a household or business, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Website and communications

This website is for browsing inventory, services, and showroom information. We do not currently use an online contact form. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt our systems, scrape content in a way that harms the site, or submit unlawful or misleading information by phone or in person.

Product photos, specs, and availability can change. Catalog pages are for information; a sale is complete only when we confirm it with you by quote, invoice, or written agreement.

Quotes, sales, and service

• Quotes are estimates until we confirm them in writing or by invoice.
• Manufacturer warranties (for example Artesian Spas or Cal Spas) are between you and the manufacturer, except where we expressly agree in writing to perform covered service.
• Delivery, site access, electrical, pads, and crane or freight needs are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. We can help you plan; we do not guarantee a specific install date until it is booked.
• We do not perform onsite swimming-pool repair or scheduled pool maintenance visits. Pool help is education in the showroom.
• Call or visit to schedule service. Missed appointments may need to be rebooked.

Fees and payment

Prices, deposits, and payment methods are as stated on your quote or invoice. Deposits and special-order items may be non-refundable once ordered, except as required by Idaho law or as we agree in writing. Unpaid balances may delay delivery or service.

Intellectual property

The Spa Pool Billiards Outlet name, logos, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. Manufacturer names, model names, and product images remain the property of those brands. You may not copy the site for commercial use without permission.

Third-party platforms

Maps, analytics, ads, hosting, and manufacturer sites are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or how they handle data under their own terms. See our Privacy policy for how we use those tools.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product performance depends on installation, water chemistry, weather, electrical supply, and care. We do not guarantee specific energy costs, health outcomes, or that a spa will fit a particular backyard until we review the site with you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spa Pool Billiards Outlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not purchased from us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limit applies to the maximum allowed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kootenai County, Idaho, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
